A new installment has arrived on WeezyWee! I’ll be releasing “Quick Eats” posts on quick and healthy meal ideas that aren’t necessarily step-by-step recipes. Let me know what you think of these new posts!
The first Quick Eats will be a quick green juice and vegetarian southwestern burrito. This would be good option for a lunch or lighter dinner.
For drinks (I obviously love my drink options, haha), I wanted some greens – but didn’t have any fresh veggies on hand. A great alternative is Green Juice. This version is from Bolthouse Farms and I love it. They also run great promotions and I picked up this large container for only around $3. It’s easy to portion out small servings for a healthy does of fruits and veggies. I also love Perrier sparkling water, particularly the lemon or lime flavors. This has been a great (healthier) substitute for soda. Enjoy!
