It’s that time of year again – semi annual sales! I recently went to the Bath & Body Works sale that happens every summer to pick up some items for my home. The sale typically happens towards the end of June and beginning of July.
I’m not a huge fan of Bath & Body Works body washes and lotions, but love their home goods – including hand soap, candles, and wallflowers.
Overall, I was impressed with the selection at the sale this year. There was plenty of inventory and most items were between $3-$6 (about 50-75% off). In my opinion, the candle selection was best – almost all of the candles in the store were 50% – putting them at around $10, which is great for a large 3-wick candle. B&BW candles are my favorite because their scents are truly unique and they fill up an entire room.
I picked up:
- Two wallflower two-packs – Ocean Driftwood (my favorite summer scent!)
- Two summer hand soaps – Island Margarita and Endless Weekend
- Two summer candles – Honolulu Sun and Sundress
I try to stock up on B&BW supplies a few times a year so that I have plenty of beautiful accents for my apartment year round.
I was disappointed that all the retired scents (including Cucumber Melon) were already sold out, and the hand soap selection could have been better. As I said before, I don’t typically pick up any body lotions or washes, but they seemed to have a great selection of those as well!
What did you guys pick up at the sale this year? Happy shopping!
Great Haul! I love the Ocean Driftwood scent too!
To me – it smells like a really good smelling man, haha! 🙂
Great post! I love changing the scent of my home with the seasons too 🙂

Thanks! I like “living seasonally” as they say! 🙂
