So what do I think of the blur perfectors?
Overall – the concept is genius. I love products that are good for my skin while hiding imperfections. I think primers are under utilized across the “beginner” beauty community, and definitely recommend them when applying foundation.
My favorite of the duo is definitely the primer – it creates an incredibly flawless look, filling in pores and smoothing imperfections. It can be worn on it’s own for radiant skin or under foundation for that #flawless look. It shimmers instead the bottle as the formula contains a beautiful glittery finish, but your face doesn’t end up looking like a #glitterexplosion at the end of the day.
The blur perfecter compact is a great idea. I find it does work well under foundation, love the balm to powder finish. It almost acts as BB cream on its own without the color coverage. However, it does NOT work well over foundation as stated on the package. It ends up being a total mess with foundation smudging everywhere. The applicator gets messy and you end up looking greasy with patchy foundation.
Stick to using both of the products underneath foundation or replacing it all together!
