Every fall nail collection is going to need one of these shades! The fall season is all about transitioning from bright, fun shades into more muted, rich shades. You’ve probably seen these shades anywhere from the runway to local bars to grocery stores.
Nudes
A common misconception is that fall is all about darker shades – NO! Fall is one of the most perfect seasons for nudes. You just have to make sure they’re done well. Steer clear from pinks and whites to focus on grays and browns. Pictured below is Julep’s Debra, Rimmel’s Steel Grey, and Julep’s Annemarie.
Cool Shades
If I had to select the most “it” color for fall – it’s definitely a good navy blue. This is my latest favorite from Color Club in Baldwin Blues. Another great favorite for Halloween time is from OPI in Just Spotted the Lizard. Dark or olive greens and navy blues will make any nail look stylish this season.
Warm Shades
Fall is all about the deep purple shades. Try to stay away from bright reds as those are more for the Holiday/Winter season. When thinking warm fall colors try a rich purple or deep oxblood. I recently wore this Ciate color in Cabaret and another favorite is from Julep in Coco.
