Quick Eats: Vanilla Iced Coffee

Love Iced Coffee? This recipe is perfect for you, because now you can make that coffee-house inspired cup right in your own home! All you need is some of your favorite coffee (roast & ground, instant, Keurig, etc), ice cubes, and Coffee-mate Natural Bliss Vanilla (also comes in Sweet Cream and Cinnamon).

Brew a cup of coffee. Even though we’re making it iced, the recipe works and tastes best if you use fresh, hot coffee. I’m currently using the Coffee Bean’s French Roast variety. While the coffee is brewing, fill a cup full of ice cubes (mugs don’t work as well for this recipe). Once the coffee is done, fill your cup with a few tablespoons of Natural Bliss. I usually pour for about 4-5 seconds (I know – extremely scientific!) Finally, fill up your cup with hot coffee and enjoy! The ice will cool the coffee to the perfect temperature. Stir and serve with a straw to preserve your white teeth 🙂
